中間體廢水COD高。、高氨氮、高鹽、高色度的特點。所謂的藥物中間體實際上是藥物合成過程中使用的一些化學原料或化學產品。該化工產品可在普通化工廠生產,無需藥品生產許可證。只要達到一定水平,就可用于藥物合成。合成步驟長,中間體復雜,分子結構穩(wěn)定,使藥物中間體的廢水成分非常復雜,含有大量有毒、難降解的有機化合物和Cl-、SO42-等待無機鹽。這是目前化工污水處理行業(yè)的一個重要難點。

常用的處理工藝:

化學氧化 生化方法。由于中間體廢水COD高,生物毒性高,常規(guī)微生物無法承受中間體廢水中的有毒污染物,無法直接進行常規(guī)生化處理,可部分去除化學氧化,降低生物毒性后進行生化處理?;瘜W氧化方法包括臭氧氧化、次氯酸鈉氧化、臭氧-雙氧水聯(lián)合氧化、Fenton氧化等化學試劑氧化,以及濕氧化、電解氧化、光氧化、高溫裂解等氧化方法。該方法的缺點是工藝流程長,投資成本高,運行成本高。
